I had a great experience with Sod King! A big shout out to Carlos the delivery driver! He was very helpful and gave some good advice on installation.

They were great. This is the second time I've used them, and due to unforeseen circumstances with that install, the owners actually came out personally to make sure the job was completed as promised.

They were so easy to communicate with via text and responded in a timely manner. The sod arrived early on delivery day and the driver went above and beyond to make sure the sod was easily accessible for us. We ordered 18 pallets and there were very few rolls that were cut thin and nearly all of it was useable. It arrived in great condition. I called a few different places and Sod King was priced lower than most but slightly higher than bulldog. The reviews for bulldog weren't nearly as good as sod king and after using sod king, I'd say the slight increase in price was worth the peace of mind that you are getting quality sod and professional people to work with. I needed to get some additional sod after my delivery and wanted to pick it up. Their pickup wasn't available yet but they referred me somewhere that had the same grass so that it would match. I feel like it's pretty big of a company to refer you somewhere else to get what you need vs making the customer wait just so that they will do business with you. I'd highly recommend them!

Had a great experience. Reasonably priced, great service, and great sod. 99% of the sod pieces were even and precisely cut. I’ve put in a lot of sod, helping various people over the years and this was the best I’ve seen.

From start to finish Sod King was wonderful to work with! Andy in the office doing quotes and customer service as well as Michael making the delivery. Everything was awesome!

Price, service, response time, my whole experience with the company was great. I had a reservation and they worked with me to get me a sooner appointment. Always prompt response times for quotes and any questions I had and the sod was delivered professionally and promptly. And the product quality is beautiful. When we finish our backyard I'll definitely be using them again!

By far this company, and Sarah, know how to communicate with customers. There were mechanical issues on the sod farm which delayed my delivery. Although the message was not something I wanted to hear, Sarah did a great job keeping me updated. Hands down a great job on communicating. The rescheduled sod delivery driver called me at said he would be late, arriving at 11:30. When I told him I was supposed to have delivery by 10am he said he wasn't told that. He called me at 12 and said he couldn't find the key and would be here soon. My sod finally arrived at 1pm. There was about 10-12 rolls that were too dry to chance on putting it in. There were about 10-15 rolls that had some very thin spots from uneven cuts. Overall this is very low since I ordered 3200 square feet. Again, The communication from Sod King, specifically Sarah, was hands down some of the best I have had from a service company. Thank you, Gerald
